Kelly Osbourne is engaged, for reals this time.
Ozzy Osbourne's 28-year-old daughter confirmed boyfriend Matthew Mosshart recently popped the question while on vacation in Anguilla.
"We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. It was just beautiful. She said yes! And then she smiled for the rest of the night," Mosshart tells HELLO!
"I've never felt this close to another human being, ever," Kelly adds. "People say we're co-dependent but we just want to be together all the time."
The two met at Kate Moss' 2011 wedding to Jamie Hince.
If Kelly's Twitter is any indication, the two were on vacation on the 4th -- and, in one photo of her in the pool, she's already wearing the sparkler on her left hand (above).
"I designed it to look like an earring that my father wore," Kelly says of the ring. "I used to hold my finger up to his ear when I was little and say: 'I want a ring like that'. Now I have one!"
