Tamera Mowry-Housley is getting real ... about her sex life.
The 35-year-old and her "The Real" costars visited HOT97FM, where the topic turned to their bedroom activities.
"She held out for a long while," cohost Adrienne Bailon revealed, pointing to Tamera, prompting her costar to clarify. Jump to the 13 minute mark below (warning, mild profanity):
"I don't know how to explain this," Tamera said hesitantly. "I'm religious. I waited until I was 29 to lose my virginity." It would be years later before Tamera would do it again.
"I did it and then I felt guilty and then I became celibate until I got married," the former child star admitted. Tamera and her husband, Adam Houseley, wed in May 2011 and had a son Aden in November 2012.
But that doesn't mean Tamera's not adventurous in the bedroom. "They had the sex therapist [on the show] and guess who knew everything?" Tamera declared before proudly pointing to herself.
Adrienne responded, "Just because you only had sex with one person doesn't mean you're a freak ... and I think that's a good thing!"
Tamera's revelation was the second of the week -- earlier Thursday she revealed she and Adam have a prenuptial agreement.
