Sporting two top-knots on her head, a bedazzled crop top and matching pants, the former Disney star rocked a very unique look at the MTV VIdeo Music Awards on Sunday night in Brooklyn.
And then there's her tongue.
While posing for photos on the red carpet, she couldn't help but stick it out for almost every shot ... a disturbing trend that shows no sign of stopping for the 20-year-old.
