Vanessa Hudgens is ambitious!
The "Spring Breakers" star graces the October issue of Marie Claire where she opens up about her acting aspirations, being a role model and not caring what people think.
There's only three things in life that the 22-year-old says she wants: "A vintage Mustang, kids, and an Oscar," Vanessa tells the mag.
Hudgens got her start on Disney's "High School Musical," and while she's taken on more risque roles lately, Vanessa understands that she is still a role model.
When asked about the controversial white substance Vanessa was seen licking off of her fingers at this year's Coachella music festival, the actress insists it was white chocolate. Opening up about the tabloid's drug allegations, she says "I couldn't do anything but laugh."
"It's amazing how people like to create something out of absolutely nothing. I am human like everyone else. I am aware that there are people who look up to me. When mistakes are made, they aren't intentional, and I constantly push myself to be a better person," she adds.
Anytime you're in the public eye, there's going to be haters. That's why Vanessa tries to focus on what kind of work makes her happy.
"I am so comfortable with myself – honing in on what I love and what makes me powerful. Things I've been doing lately, I'm super-proud of. So I don't really care if someone doesn't like it, because I love it," she tells the mag.
We're excited to see what Hudgens does next -- do you think she'll ever win an Oscar?
