Ke$ha's the latest star to follow the Miley Cyrus and Rihanna publicity route, by posting a ton of sexy "selfies" on her Instagram account over the weekend.
From pictures of her leaning against a wall with her backside just about fully exposed, to shots her showing some serious underboob, the "Crazy Kids" singer left very little to the imagination.
