The A-listers came out Monday night for the 17th Annual Hollywood Film Awards at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
Sandra Bullock was presented the Hollywood Actress Award for her work in "Gravity" by Oscar winner and "A Time to Kill" co-star Octavia Spencer. Sandy was looking sexy (again!) for the ceremony, stunning in a hot LBD.
Jake Gyllenhaal showed off his newly-gaunt physique, accepting the Hollywood Supporting Actor Award for his work in "Prisoners." The 32-year-old actor's body transformation is for his new role in "Nightcrawler," which is shooting in Los Angeles right now.
Julia Roberts, Matthew McConaughey, Harrison Ford and Jared Leto were also honored at the ceremony. And some of their famous friends – Robert Downey Jr., Sean Penn, Jane Fonda – helped present their awards.
Kanye West presented Steve McQueen with the Hollywood Breakout Director Award for "12 Years a Slave" -- before high-tailing it to San Francisco to propose to Kim Kardashian!
