Lady Gaga showed up to the YouTube Music Awards on Sunday night looking like that -- sporting a gross grill with fake teeth, leather shirt and no pants.
Even by Gaga standards, this look was bizarre.
The singer can be seen wearing the exact same outfit on the cover of her latest single, "Dope," which she also performed during the award show last night.
The "Applause" singer wasn't the only celeb in the house for the show. Vanessa Hudgens, "Man of Steel" star Michael Shannon, Eminem, Macklemore and M.I.A. were all in attendance too -- check out all the red carpet pics above!
