A hot red carpet filled with fashion hits ... and misses!
Katy Perry was one of the first stars to arrive, sporting glam hair and makeup but a somewhat boring gown. It's clear she's done with the ridiculous get-ups from her "Teenage Dream"-era ... and we'll miss them!
Kendall and Kylie Jenner both showed up sporting some interesting ensembles. Kendall, who just turned 18, showed off her midriff in a super short white skirt ... while younger sister Kylie showed off her brand new bangs. What do you think of the new 'do?
Ke$ha also looked very different. Is it something about her makeup or the two-tone hair? We can't put our finger on it. One thing's for sure, Jolie-ing isn't going away anytime soon.
