The singer attended a release party and screening of her new self-titled "visual" album on Saturday night at the School of Visual Arts Theater in NYC -- and she showed up wearing that.
The black Tom Ford dress and matching thigh-high boots looked H-O-T on Bey, who has been killing it this month with her surprise album on iTunes.
