Ke$ha may be dealing with some personal problems, but she's still staying in touch with her fans!
The pop star -- who entered rehab earlier this month for an eating disorder -- has been taking part in a month-long program at Timberline Knolls near Chicago.
While the "Crazy Kids" singer does not have access to her social media accounts, she did enlist the help of a friend on Tuesday to send a few sweet tweets to her fans.
"This is Kesha's friend. She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn't have access to twitter right now," her pal posted.
"She says "THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever."
"Ohhh and she can't believe Timber is still number one! "Fck YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!," the last message read.
The 26-year-old is staying at the same center that Demi Lovato sought treatment at back in 2010.
