Miley Cyrus has some words of wisdom for Justin Bieber: Party at home!
The 21-year-old was a guest on "The Tonight Show" Thursday night, where she offered up some advice to the troubled teen star -- and revealed how she stays out of trouble herself.
"You got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble and party at your house," Cyrus said to the Biebs. "Buy a house, and add a club to it."
Of course, Justin has gotten in trouble by staying close to home, starting an egging war with his neighbor. Maybe his planned move will help a little bit.
As for why you never see Miley in trouble, it's easy.
"I'm not doing anything illegal," says the "We Can't Stop" singer. "I'm doing a lot of s--t but I'm not doing anything illegal! So that's all right. Everything I do is legal in California."
"It's funny because today, I was looking at, my fans put all these people's mug shots up, and they were like, 'I don't see a Miley mug shot yet!' I get the most flak of anybody," she continued.
