Gisele Bundchen is revealing how she maintains her enviable bod -- yoga!
The stunning supermodel shared a snapshot on Instagram Saturday, striking a pose on the beach as the sun sets behind her.
"Good night sunshine! Boa noite!," she captioned the photo.
This isn't the first time the Brazilian beauty has posted a pic of herself doing yoga on the beach.
Back in December, the 33-year-old shared a photo, frolicking in a bikini on the sand beside her 4-year-old little boy, Benjamin, as the sun came up.
The mother-of-two has talked about the benefits of yoga in the past, crediting the exercise technique to helping her get her body back after giving birth to her son. Leading up to his birth she told Harpers Bazaar she did yoga three times a week, and more in her living room after he was born.
"It prepared me mentally and physically. It's called 'labor' not 'holiday' for a reason, and I knew that," she told the mag. "The next day [after giving birth], I was walking, I was washing dishes, I was making pancakes in the kitchen."
Well, if it works for Gisele, it works for us!
