Miley Cyrus is in mourning.
The "Adore You" singer took to Twitter on Wednesday to share the bad news that her dog Floyd had died.
"Today is the 2nd worst day of my life," she wrote, adding, "I don't wanna say it because I don't want it to be real... But my precious baby Floyd has passed away. I am broken."
The 21-year-old shared several snapshots of herself with her pet pooch and told her fans, "I know I don't mean it but I wish he would've taken me with him. This is unbearable. What am I gonna do without him? I am miserable."
Along with her tweets, Miley posted a few photos on Instagram, including two close-up shots of her bleary eye.
"Sad pupil," she captioned one image. She also tweeted a photo of a fortune cookie message after a meal at P.F. Chang's which read, "Your love of life can carry you through any circumstance."
This is the second time in less than two years that Cyrus has lost a pet. Her dog, Ziggy, accidentally killed her Yorkie, Lila, in December 2012.
