The "Frozen" actress stops by Thursday's "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" where Ellen puts her through a "Naked and Afraid"-like obstacle course. The crazy series is one of Kristen's favorite shows.

"We started what were calling the 'No Kids Policy' and we just wanted to kinda start a public conversation about the fact that children under no circumstance should be followed by strangers. With or without a camera it just should never be okay," she tells Ellen.
