The "Sk8er Boi" singer stopped by Lovato's show in Buenos Aires on Tuesday, and the two shared a few cute pics of their matching outfits on Instagram.
"Backstage Twinzies with my Girl Demi Lavato!," Avril captioned the shot of the two singers (above).
And in another selfie, the shaved-headed ladies show off they matching 'dos. "Twinzies with my girl Demi Lovato...," the Canadian pop star posted with the second candid snap.
