The Willis girls are all grown up!
Scout Willis and Tallulah Willis hit the red carpet for Nylon Magazine's Young Hollywood Issue Party in Hollywood on Thursday.
Scout, 22, showed off her curves (and had a totally planned wardrobe "malfunction") in a see-though sheer bodysuit which she paired with jeans, a floral kimono and black heels. Tallulah, 20, looked super stylish in her orange pea coat, snakeskin mini dress and tan sandals.
The Willis sisters are definitely all grown up now -- just get a look at how little they were back when parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore were still together in 2001 (right).
