Kim Kardashian showed off some major cleavage -- and her nipple covers -- in a black Yiqing Yin cutout jumpsuit at a Violet Grey beauty event in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
At first glance, it looks like the reality star may have suffered a double nip slip. But when you look more closely, it's easy to spot the flesh-colored tape she used to keep her girls in place.
