We can't help but be reminded of Rose McGowan's infamous sheer "dress" that she wore to the 1998 VMAs when she went with Marilyn Manson.
Rose bared her boobs -- and her booty -- at the star-studded award show, while Amber opted to keep her ladies covered up.
