The "Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom" star posted a new video via Instagram on Wednesday, showing him working out for his upcoming movie "Bastille Day."

The 42-year-old looks like he's in incredible shape, and judging from this video, he's going to be even more ripped for his next movie.
"Training for my next Film. Bastille Day. Grinding.," he captioned the video.
The action movie follows an artist and an ex-CIA agent as they start an anti-terrorism operation in France. Elba, Richard Madden and Charlotte Le Bon are the only stars listed so far on IMDb.
