Talk about creepy!
James Franco posted a photo posing next to a bloody Megan Fox via Instagram on Tuesday.
In the shot, a bald Franco holds onto the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" star who's wearing a white nightgown with fake blood splattered across her stomach.
"Megan Foxy is the best!," James captioned the gory snap.
We're not sure if this is for an upcoming project, or if the famous friends are just getting into the Halloween spirit.
The brunette beauty and the "This Is The End" star have collaborated before, though. Franco and Fox joined forces for the environmental documentary "Na Nai'a Legend of the Dolphins" back in 2011.
