Lauren Conrad really did get rid of her long locks!
After teasing us with a shot last week, the "Hills" alum was photographed in a new Instagram picture on her hair stylist's page yesterday ... giving us a better look at her straight, shoulder-length tresses.
It appears a couple additional inches were also cut off earlier in the day.
"On set today giving this cutie some catnip and a hair flip," Kristin Ess captioned the photo.
In the candid snap, Lauren's posing with her hands curled up into paws while wearing a pair of black sunnies, a royal blue top and a delicate gold necklace.
The cut's definitely a big change for the newlywed -- she's been rocking her long blonde tresses since high school when she was on "Laguna Beach"!
