The things celebs will do to look good on camera.
Khloe Kardashian took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off her smoothed out mug, after getting a laser facial.
"I got the greatest laser treatment today on my entire face! Excuse me if my face is a little puffy. Only negative is that my spray tan completely came off so I look like my head is placed on a really tan persons body!" Khloe captioned the candid shot.
While we gotta admit, her skin looks great ... but, Khlo's only 30 and the photo has clearly been through a filter.
The reality TV star has been focusing on her appearance lately, from this latest skin treatment to her continued trips to the gym and affinity for waist trainers.
But she's not alone when it comes to getting sharing her unorthodox beauty regimen with all her fans.
Her sister Kim Kardashian made headlines back in 2013 when she underwent a so-called "vampire facial."
During this gory treatment, the patient's own blood is applied directly to the face, which is poked with tiny needles. The horrific-looking procedure is supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while also improving skin-tone and texture.
Sports Illustrated stunner Bar Refaeli also covered her face with her own bodily fluids in December of 2013, getting the $1,500 treatment done before appearing on the Israeli version of "The X Factor."
Leo DiCaprio's ex apparently has a penchant for odd beauty routines though.
In April 2014, she posted another interesting photo on her Instagram page showing her getting a gold facial (below). Coming it at only $185, this rich-looking face mask is reportedly made up of "caviar ampule, honey, sea buckthorn, and gold to help combat the signs of aging and to brighten the skin."
The women of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" are no strangers to getting work done on their famous faces either.
While Lisa Rinna is known for her giant lips, she keeps the rest of her face fresh by going in for "advanced facials" utilizing a 3D crystal fiber mask.
An 80-minute session with the Hannibal Lecter-looking contraption will set you back $410 ... but is said to improve the "skin's natural barrier function."
But it's the photo below of Kyle Richards that scared us the most when we first saw it.
This Bev Hills housewife really freaked us out when she posted this photo of her getting an electrical facial. With her face covered in gauze and hooked up to an electrical current, Richards' treatment looked like a brave choice.
According to Carina Skin Care, the studio Kyle went to, the process "draws vitamin-rich solutions into the dermal tissue by means of electricity. This microcurrent also helps firm the skin, promote new cell growth and stimulate cell production."
