Derek Hough looks HOT, even when he's freezing!
The "Dancing With the Stars" pro put his impressive abs on display in a new Instagram pic, where he's baring his bod during a cryotherapy session.
"Just finished Cryo therapy, now off to the airport to catch a red eye back to the city that never sleeps," he wrote along with the nearly-naked photo. "Fitting, seeing as I don't sleep either."
It seems the seasoned dancer uses the frigid technique to treat benign and malignant tissue damage with extremely low temperatures.
According to CryoHealth's website, "Clients report that the experience is invigorating and improves a variety of conditions such as psychological stress, insomnia, rheumatism, muscle and joint pain, and various skin conditions."
The 29-year-old hunk isn't the only celeb to choose to freeze to maintain their health!
Lindsay Lohan also tried the treatment on Easter, sharing her own cryo-pic with her millions of social media followers.
"Freezing our way into spring chickens," she wrote, adding that it was -230 degrees Fahrenheit in there.
It looks like this may just be the coolest trend in health care!
