Jennifer Lopez seems to only get better with age!
The 45-year-old bombshell is gracing the cover of Us Weekly's annual "Best Bodies" issue, where she puts her killer curves on display in a plunging black one-piece with a gold belt.
The "Booty" singer may have one of the enviable bods in the biz, and she says she stays grounded by looking inward.
"I think a healthy body image comes from being the best you, not competing with anybody else," she tells in mag. "You know, I'm not a 6-foot tall model...I'm not a size 2. I think it's about focusing on yourself and just trying to be the best you."
J.Lo's healthy lifestyle extends to her 7-year-old twins, Max and Emme, too. "With my son and daughter, I try to teach them the right things to eat: a lot of greens, fruits and grains. They're starting to learn that's a way of life," she says. "When they ask me why I exercise, I say, 'So I can maintain a good weight and run around with you.'"
So, does she ever let herself indulge?
"When I haven't done it in a while, I'll indulge in dessert. I'll eat cookies, but I'll have one or two and I'm fine. I don't go crazy," the actress reveals. "You don't want to be the person who eats a doughnut and then has a whole box."
She clearly isn't eating very many doughnuts with that bod!
