Bryce Dallas Howard has been creating a ton of buzz for the fabulous footwear she wears in "Jurassic World." Her character is a business woman who starts the film off in heels -- and then never takes them off, even while traversing the jungle when all hell breaks loose!
During an appearance on "The Late Late Show" on Wednesday night, host James Corden praised the actress for her running skills. So, how did she get so savvy in heels?
"Honestly, I trained for running in heels as if I was in the Olympics," she said. "This is a life and death situation here. I better be sorted."
Bryce also talked about her shoes with toofab's Brian Particelli during a press tour for the highly-anticipated sequel.
"Who the hell chooses to run in heels in the jungle?" she asked with a laugh. "I think people are just trying to understand the insanity."
"When my mom watched it at the Paris premiere with me, she kept grabbing my arm and panicking during scenes when there were no dinosaurs," Bryce explained. "I was like, 'Why is she panicking?' And then I realized, oh my gosh, anytime I'm running in heels, she's having a panic attack. I was like, 'Mom, I'm here! You know I didn't get any injuries.' So, I think it was just something out of the ordinary."

Speaking of Pratt, he also gave Howard kudos for her running skills, which led to the late night host to challenge him to give it a try!
The red pumps seemed to be a perfect fit as Pratt pranced around the set with ease. Watch the funny video above to see him in action.
