Despite previously denying having anything other than Botox, breast implants and a tummy tuck, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kim Zolciak Biermann took to Instagram today to fess up to a ton of additional plastic surgery procedures.
... or did she?
The reality TV star posted a side-by-side photo showing her back in the day and what she looks like now (above). The pic was accompanied by a confusing stream of consciousness from the mother-of-six, where she jokingly cops to getting work done in a post dripping with sarcasm.
"I want to finally come clean and give a shout out to the most beautiful cadaver I ever saw while shopping for a new nose, new teeth, new lips, new chin, and most of all I really love her eyes so I can finally see the world for how it really is," she captioned the photo.
She goes on to say the shot is for "you dumb ass haters" out there, hash-tagging the pic #13YrsAgoSameFace #HotThenHotNow #PlasticSurgeryRocks #IGoUnderTheKnifeAllTheTime and #TryingToLookLikeMyDaughter.
This isn't the first time the Bravolebrity has lashed out at haters. Just two weeks ago, the 37-year-old took to Twitter to defend her natural beauty saying, "I have no had surgery on my face period!!!!"
The wife of Atlanta Falcons defensive end Kroy Biermann did admit to having received a tummy tuck and a new pair after she gave birth to her sixth child in 2014. She's also been very open about getting routine Botox injections.
But we can't help but compare Zolciak's two pictures and notice a slimmer nose, lifted eyes and plumper lips. Is it really all thanks to Botox and the magic of makeup?
