In the snap, the mom-of-two and poses alongside boyfriend Taylor McKinney as he cradles adorable baby Jayde, who is fast asleep in his arms.
The 23-year-old, who is already mom to 6-year-old Bentley, welcomed her first child on May 29th with her long time beau after her pregnancy was chronicled on her MTV reality series.
