The model and rapper split up almost a year ago, but on Monday night the 31-year-old brought the former couple's adorable son Sebastian to see his dad at his last concert for his Boys of Zummer tour in Los Angeles .
The star took to Instagram on Tuesday and shared a precious photo with the 2-year-old, showing the tiny tot wearing a huge pair of headphones as he cuddles up to his famous mom.
"My Greatest Gift," she captioned the photo.

The blonde beauty also shared a video showing Wiz bringing his little boy up on stage. "Our Lil Rockstar! Sebastian took over his Dad's show last night," she said of the post.
In the clip, the toddler follows the "We Dem Boyz" rapper around on stage and dances while the 27-year-old performs. Judging by the sound of the crowd, it seems like the audience loved the impromptu appearance.

After the show, the two even posed for a photo together with "Veronica Mars" star Ryan Hansen, where both were smiling from ear to ear.
"Proud to announce my new gig as Divorce Counselor for @mistercap and @amberrose #boysofzummer," the actor joked in the caption.
