The mom-of-three took to Instagram on Monday to wish both her adorable boys, Mason and Reign, a very happy birthday.
"Happy Birthday to my sweet boys who forever changed my heart! I still can't believe they have the same birthday," she captioned the photo.
In the photo Mason, who turns six years old today, lovingly holds his cute little brother, who turns one.
We seriously can't believe how big Kourtney and Scott Disick's oldest child is now, or that their youngest baby is already celebrating his very first birthday!
