Kourtney Kardashian Confirms Relationship Status With Scott Disick -- Are They or Aren't They?

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star will appear on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Monday for a sit-down interview -- and, in a sneak peek clip, she reveals whether or not the two are a couple.

"Well, we're not together," Kourt confirms with the talk show host. "I feel like every day is different, but we're totally getting along. Like we have three beautiful kids together."

"He's family. He'll always be," she adds.

The revelation shouldn't come as much of a surprise to anyone who's been following them lately, as both Scott and Kourtney have been seen out on the dating scene. Kardashian was briefly linked to Justin Bieber -- though Khloe Kardashian says he's never hooked up with any of his sisters -- while Scott was spotted out with Swedish model Lina Sandberg.

Kourt recently opened up about the single life on an episode of her family's E! show, adding that the dating life was "so not" for her.

The pair ended their nine-year relationship in July after the 32-year-old was spotted getting cozy with another woman. While Kourt planned to work hard on her post-baby body following the birth of their third child together, she hadn't anticipated just how much was going to be added to her plate.

"When I was pregnant with Reign, I knew that I was going to go hard at working out afterwards," she said in a recent blog post. "I couldn't wait to feel strong and in shape again. I didn't know that I would be going through a break up and just an overall crazy year."

"Everyone deals with hard times in their lives differently," she continued. "I'm generally not a nervous person but I get anxious. I also get nauseous and feel like I can't eat when it is really bad, but I force myself to stay healthy."

She says she turned to working out to help her cope -- and her recent selfies prove she's been hitting the gym hard!
