Kim and Khloe Kardashian Are Shocked to Hear Scott Disick Is In Rehab -- Do They Think He Will Stay Sober?!

In a sneak peek of the new episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Mrs. Kanye West tells her younger sis that Scott has gone to a rehab for 30 days.

"I walk in the kitchen and see Scott, and I had no idea he was dropping by," she says in a confessional after telling Khloe the news. "He wants to get it together and go to rehab for a long time. I think it all sounds amazing, but I just hope he sticks with it."

"He's like, 'I'm eight days sober and I just want to really get it together this time for my kids,'" she says.

"That's good," Khloe declares. "Yeah, it was really positive," Kim replies.

While the sisters are happy to hear that Scott is working on himself, they both have their doubts about his commitment.

"I hope he stays and actually does the treatment," Khloe says. "I am surprised that Scott has gone to rehab because I was just hearing that he was on the streets partying."

Not only is Disick's sobriety a topic of conversation on the E! show, but it also comes up on tonight's episode of "Kocktails with Khloe."

Even though fans have seen him break down and apologize for his mistakes on the reality show, the father-of-three still says people have the wrong impression of him.

"I do get a little bit of the wrong impression. A lot of people think all I care about is money and cars," he says in the clip above. "They don't realize it's more insecurities and how much I care about my friends and my family. I would rather not be in a tabloid again, but if I'm gonna be, at least it would be about, 'This guy isn't about what we think he is.'"

"At the end of the day, people keep saying to focus on work and make more money. I have money," he continues. "The more money I have, the less happy I am. The only thing I'm trying to focus on is calming down, focusing on the kids and just trying to be a good dad."
