Gwen Stefani's new romance with Blake Shelton is all anyone wants to know about these days -- and Ellen DeGeneres couldn't help but grill the No Doubt frontwoman on their relationship.
The talk show host first asked the singer about her new album, before she went in on her with the tough questions.
"It's unbelievable," Stefani said about working on her upcoming album. "About four or five of the songs I just wrote in January. So it's just really cool to make music and be in real time and share it with everybody and feel everybody's love and support and energy. It's just been a magical record."
"So let's talk about Blake," Ellen then pressed on, flashing an adorable photo of the duo on the screen in the background.
"I thought it would be a good idea not to talk about Blake," "The Voice" judge said. "See what would happen."
But DeGeneres wouldn't let the topic go ... and she continued to show photos of the cute couple, including this photo of Stefani sitting on Shelton's lap at Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party earlier this month.
"They didn't have enough chairs at that event?" Ellen joked, causing Gwen to crack up.
Ellen later asked the singer how Shelton "popped the big question" -- but not like that. Instead, DeGeneres wanted to know how he asked her to be a mentor for his team on the upcoming season of NBC singing series.
"Did you rehearse that [question] before?" Stefani asked, laughing.
"I want to be on that show as much as possible," she admitted. "I got so much out of it."
"Yeah, ya did," Ellen jabbed.
