This one photo set "Jersey Shore" fans into a frenzy -- are Samantha "Sammi Sweetheart" Giancola and Ronnie Magro smushing again?!
The former reality stars celebrated Sammi's 29th birthday on Saturday night at Bounce Sporting Club in NYC, where the sometimes-couple looked pretty chummy while posing for a group photo with friends (including fellow "Shore" alum Vinny Guadagnino).
Almost instantly, Giancola's followers went wild, commenting like crazy about their relationship status. "RON AND SAM ARE BACK TOGETHER OMFG YES," posted on fan. "I've never been so happy."

Not all of the comments were as excited -- like the fan who wrote, "Ya dodge a bullet you don't jump back in front of the gun."
This is the first time we've seen them together since Vinny claimed the two were dating again on his podcast last year. Sammi later called him out on it -- saying, "You have no idea what goes on in my personal life. You don't know anything!"
Guadagnino then added that Ronnie told him himself, but Giancola still wouldn't confirm anything. "I just am trying to keep my personal life private," she added at the time. They also recently celebrated Magro's birthday together in Mexico back in December.
The last time we saw them together was back at Jwoww's wedding, where they posted for a group pic with Pauly D, Vinny and Deena Cortese.

A rep for Sammi offered up a "No comment" when asked about their relationship. Looks like she's still trying to keep it private!
