Jennifer Lopez always puts her children first!
The pop star opened up about her personal life in a new interview with People on Wednesday, where the "Booty" singer revealed how she creates a healthy environment for her 8-year-old twins Max and Emme, whether they're with their dad Marc Anthony or her boyfriend Beau "Casper" Smart.
Though she admits it's a "full time job," the "Shades of Blue" actress always makes her family her priority.
"It's my first job to do that, to make sure that's okay or else I couldn't do all the other things I do," she tells the site.

The 46-year-old also admits that her ex-husband Anthony -- who she split from in 2014 -- and her boyfriend Beau are a "big part" of why it's even possible to balance both family and a career ... especially when her schedule gets crazy.
"My relationship with them, our references are always in reference to the kids," she confesses. "'What's best for them, what's good for them, let's talk this way in front of them ...' You know what I mean? Once they're happy, they just add happiness and joy into the home and then everything else kind of goes from there."
It definitely sounds like Lopez mastered the art of having both a healthy home life and successful career.
