Kourtney Kardashian is proud of her body ... and we can see why!
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star shared a super sexy bikini pic on Instagram over the weekend, where she put her killer curves on full display in a leopard two-piece.
"Selfie camera view," she captioned the poolside pic of her ultra-toned booty.
The mother-of-three quickly bounced back to pre-baby shape after giving birth to son Reign in 2014. She credits the Don-A-Matrix method, a workout routine designed by trainer Don Brooks, for kicking her butt back into gear.
"We train anywhere from three to five days a week depending on what projects are coming up," Brooks recently told E!. "[Our workouts last] anywhere from 45 minutes up to an hour."
"The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist," he explained. "[We also do] the trunk twist along with a back row using the bands. The benefit of this exercise will give you flat abs and coke bottle obliques while removing those fat handles from the back and arms."
Along with weight loss, Don says Kourt's "body fat percentage and fat mass has decreased tremendously and lean muscle mass has increased."
Whatever she's doing, it's working!
