Lamar Odom has slowly been stepping back into the spotlight -- and now, he's given his first interview since his incident in a Nevada brothel last year.
The former NBA star was on hand for Kobe Bryant's farewell game with the Lakers on Wednesday night, where he spoke to ET about everything going on in his life right now.
He didn't get into specifics, but his quotes do give us some insight into how he views his situation.
"I mean, it gets tough, especially if so much gets speculated," he told Kevin Frazier about photos of him inside a bar following his hospitalization. "Only a few people know the truth, and I just keep that close to my heart."
Those photos were reportedly breaking point for his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian, who previously called off their divorce while he was fighting for his life. She posted an Instagram post seemingly about her ex, making it sound like she's done.
"We have to learn to stop taking on peoples problems as if they are our own. Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back," she wrote. "You forcing your beliefs and dreams down ones throat is only going to cause resentment and possibly manifest deeper issues. Possibly to the point of no return."
So ... how does Lamar see their relationship right now?
"We did talk, you know, everything is [up for] discussion," he explained. "We talk about anything. We've been through a lot. It won't ever stop."
He also told Frazier that he hopes to "get back on the court" soon, adding "I still got it."
