Rebel Wilson dropped some serious weight in less than a week, and toofab has the inside scoop on how she did it.
The "Pitch Perfect" star took to Instagram to share her weight loss journey, revealing that she had shed 8 pounds in 4 days at The Ranch 4.0.
An extension of The Ranch's well-known week-long program, the shortened program offers guests a 4-day version of the brand's signature 7-day stay.
According to a source at "The Ranch 4.0," Wilson "began with 4 hours of morning mountain hiking and an afternoon full of exercise classes including core and ab work, weights, body toning and sculpting, daily group yoga sessions as well as a daily massage."
As for the food, the meals adhere to a strict "1,400 calorie diet of vegetarian fare."
We're told Rebel feasted on "black bean salad in a jar," kale pesto pizza with grilled vegetables and macadamia nut cheese, green pea and millet burgers, cauliflower steak and healthy smoothies in the morning. To keep up her energy during hikes, she noshed on trail mix and homemade energy bites.
"As with all guests, Rebel will leave with the motivation to lead a more active and healthier lifestyle," the source told us.
She's not the only celeb to make a visit to the program. Jesse Metcalfe, Selma Blair, Busy Phillips and Lea Michele have all shared photos from The Ranch 4.0 as well on their social pages in the past.
Rebel will next be seen tackling one of Disney's best villains, when she plays Ursula the Sea Witch in a performance of "The Little Mermaid" at the Hollywood Bowl.
