What's Going on Between Demi Lovato & Nicki Minaj? See the Epic Shade Rapper Threw Her Way at the Met Gala!

The "Confident" singer was feeling less so after Nicki Minaj shared a photo of the two of them, along with Moschino designer Jeremy Scott, on her Instagram page, only tagging the designer in the pic and making no mention of Lovato whatsoever.

Demi commented on the pic, posting a series of emojis including a crying face, peace sign and a thumbs up. She then took to her own Insta page and uploaded another, much funnier photo, taken just moments before the one Nicki shared.

In the pic, the "Anaconda" rapper is shooting one of the nastiest looks we've ever seen Demi's way, as Lovato hangs off to the side, waiting to get a photo with them. "This picture pretty much summed up my first and probably last met #cool #sof---ingawkward #notforme #sweatpants #forensicfiles #whatsgood," she captioned the shot, referencing Minaj's "Miley, what's good?" moment from the VMAs last year.

After commenters started wondering what was going on between the two pop stars, the 23-year-old updated her post, adding, "p.s. some of y'all need to learn how to take a joke.. I'm obviously laughing at the fact that 1. I look incredibly awkward and 2. That the shade being thrown in this picture actually gives me life."

She also took to Snapchat to share an image of her distorted face pondering a question with the caption, "When you aren't mentioned in a post but didn't do s--t to the other person..."

So far, Minaj hasn't said anything about Demi calling her out ... but Nicki's known for speaking her mind, so stay tuned!
