You might think it's hard to lose weight, but it seems, Olivia Munn dropped 12 pounds without even trying!
The actress admitted that she accidentally slimmed down while preparing to play the role of Psylocke in "X-Men: Apocalypse."
"It was not intentional," she told E! News. "I was trying to learn how to do all of the stunts."
The 35-year-old star took her training seriously, so she could keep up with her stunt woman.
"She was very capable and very athletic, but she had never done any stunts before, and I had grown up doing Taekwondo," she said. "This is Psylocke's entry into this world. I'm not Jennifer Lawrence: If they don't have it, they're not gonna make sure to get it in there somehow. If there's not a fight scene being shot, if they don't have it, they're not gonna use it."
"If I wanted the fans to see Psylocke and get a good fight scene for her and for the fans, I knew I had to go do it myself," Munn continued. "So I started training every day with Taekwondo and sword and the stunt and wire work and I just ended up losing 12 pounds just from working out every day."
Check out the side-by-side shots that Olivia posted (above) -- we can definitely see the difference from the first and last days of filming!
"It was never about losing weight, it was about getting fit and healthy and learning new skills," she wrote on Instagram.
After filming finished, the brunette bombshell revealed that she packed those pounds back onto her ultra-thin frame.
"As soon as I finished, I went back to Green Bay, where my boyfriend [NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers] was, and I literally just ate chips and salsa," she told the outlet. "There's a really great Mexican restaurant called Margarita's, and I just massive chips and salsa and just ate that all day long until I fell asleep. And then I'd wake up and eat chips and salsa again."
