Baby makes three!
Nicky Hilton welcomed her first child with husband James Rothschild, a baby girl named Lily Grace Victoria Rothschild, in New York City on Friday.
According to ET, Hilton was surrounded by her famous family when she gave birth to her 7 and a half pound baby girl.
The 32-year-old Hilton Hotel heiress has been sharing photos throughout her pregnancy and celebrated her baby shower in June with her sister, Paris Hilton, by her side.

She also posted a sweet snapshot 3 weeks ago as she decorated the bedroom for her baby-to-be.
"Preparing for the little one's arrival," Nicky posted with a photo as she cradled her belly while sitting in a baby blue bedroom.
