The 32-year-old looked amazing while hitting the streets of SoHo with her hubby James Rothschild and their baby girl Lily-Grace on Monday.
Hilton looked cute and casual rocking a button down, jeans and flats. She wore her blonde tresses in a messy ponytail and completed her look with black sunnies.
The Hilton heir welcomed her first child with James on Friday, and celebrated her one-year wedding anniversary to Rothschild on Instagram earlier today.

Nicky posted a gorgeous snapshot via Instagram from her wedding day, and gave a special little shout-out do her baby girl in the caption. "Thankful for the best anniversary gift ever our beautiful daughter Lily-Grace," she posted with the pretty pic.
