Justin Bieber seems to be heating up with Sofia Richie, but not everyone is thrilled with the budding romance.
After the "Sorry" singer posted six pictures in a row with the model, his Beliebers started throwing shade ... and so did his ex, Selena Gomez.
"I'm gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don't stop the hate this is getting out of hand," he wrote on Instagram. "If you guys are really fans you wouldn't be so mean to people that I like."
In a comment captured by The Shade Room, Gomez called Bieber out for going on the offensive with his fans.
"If you can't handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol - it should be special between you two only," she wrote. "Don't be mad at your fans. They love you."
Bieber later replied to Gomez's comment, writing, "It's funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love."
He followed it minutes later with another comment that was screengrabbed by a Selena fan: "I'm not one for anyone receiving hate. Hope u all can be kind to my friends and eachother. And yes I love my beliebers."
Gomez didn't back down, responding to her ex and seemingly accusing him of cheating.
But now, this ignited a war of words between them and now the "Kill Em with Kindness" singer has fired back with a stinging message.
"Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are mad. Sad. All love," Gomez wrote, according to fans.
Although Selena didn't name any names, Justin allegedly clapped back with a response and a name. "I cheated...Oh and I forgot about you and Zayn [Malik]?" It's clear that Justin alleges his ex cheated on him with the former One Directioner.
The heated exchange took place entirely on Instagram, and so far, Gomez hasn't responded to Justin's allegation.
Another one of Justin's exes just got in on the social media fight, though!
Hailey Baldwin, who dated him earlier this year, took to her own Instagram account to warn people not to "misplace blame," seemingly supporting Selena.
"We've all had our fair share of things we've done, both good and bad. What makes the present so powerful is when we take complete responsibility for our actions, we allow ourselves self-growth," the cryptic message read. "Misplacing the blame onto someone else isn't going to get you to the next stage in life. so try not to manipulate a situation to make yourself look better."
The note continued, "No matter how much better off someone may seem, we are all humanly flawed in our own ways, but also share the same endless potential to be better than we used to be."
It sounds like this feud is just heating up, right?!
