Khloe Kardashian may have shared plenty of diet and exercise tips in her book "Strong Looks Better Naked," but the 32-year-old has plenty more to say on the topic.
Having shed more than 40 pounds over the past two years, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star recently took to her website Khloewithak.com to reveal even more of her weight loss hacks.
And though her intent is to help people ease into slimming down with tips they can incorporate into their everyday lives, she doesn't hesitate to warn 'em that they may struggle sticking with the tips.
"I'm the first to admit that changing your diet is hard AF," she confesses. "I feel so much better when I eat right though so it's definitely worth it!"
So, what does Khloe recommend?
"My biggest tip for starting off strong is to swap out some common foods you eat for healthier versions," she reveals."Replace salty potato chips that are packed with fatty oils with baked kale chips," she recommends. "I swear these can be addicting!"
The blonde beauty also reveals that she transformed her body by kicking karbs to the curb.

"White pasta is high in refined carbs, which means it won't keep you full for very long," she explains. "Vegetable noodles made from zucchini or squash are so much better for you and taste just as good with tomato sauce."
And when she's entertaining, she makes sure the snacks she serves guests are also healthy, so she doesn't run the risk of undoing all her hard work.
"Instead of serving a cream cheese based dip at a party, set out high protein hummus," she says. "Bonus points if you serve with veggies instead of crackers.
Khloe has also took to Instagram to pose with a product she apparently turns to in battling bloating.
"This @flattummytea is working the bloat out!" she captioned a shot of herself wearing a sports bra and holding the tea next to her face.
Not pictured? Khloe's stomach. But we've seen enough pics of the star--including a recent Instagram shot of her looking oh-so-slim in a strapless black dress--to confirm that she is indeed not bloated.
