Oprah Winfrey just described her weight loss in the best way possible.
The Weight Watchers spokesperson revealed she lost almost 30 pounds back in January -- and last night, she appeared even skinnier as she hit the red carpet for the premiere of OWN's new series "Queen Sugar."
Dressed in a form-fitting LBD with grommet detailing, O looked amazing, pairing her look with sharp glasses, heels, ponytail and a big smile.
While she didn't reveal her current weight, Winfrey did open up about her success -- and how it's affected her relationship with Stedman Graham.
"I would like him to pick me up and carry me to the pool," she told PEOPLE at the event. "I've lost enough weight, he can pick me up and carry me to the pool. I can straddle him without breaking his back!"
And while she's definitely feeling herself right now, Winfrey admits it hasn't been an easy journey.
"You know, you are working those long days, and then by the end of the day you're like, 'Oh my God, a bag of hot Cheetos calling your name,'" she explained to ET. "You have to leave the craft table and ask for a plum."
Earlier this year, Oprah also told Us Magazine she was well on her way to becoming more fit than ever before.
"Yesterday, I was in the gym working on my triceps, and I was thinking, just as I did the 50-pound pulldown, I am going to be in better shape by the end of the year than I've ever been in my life," she revealed. "I really just smiled at the notion: Wow, what a thing."
Keep up the good work!
