Rumors are running rampant that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner could be Hollywood's newest It duo after they were spotted getting cozy with one another in the Netherlands.
The two were photographed at a Kings of Leon concert in Rotterdam ahead of the MTV European Music Awards, where Joe's band, DNCE, performed.
According to concertgoers, Jonas and the "Game of Thrones" star looked very affectionate and appeared as though they were on a date.
"They were really close together," one spectator tells PEOPLE. "I didn't look very often because I was seated more in front of the room. The two or three times I was watching they were kissing. She was all smiley and he looked really sweet."
The potential couple first ignited romance rumors when they hung out on Halloween together, the two popping up in a random friend's Instagram post. The former JoBro was dressed as a dalmatian, while the Turner sported bunny ears.

The 27-year-old singer has previously been linked to model Gigi Hadid and "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene.
In a recent interview with US Magazine, Jonas admitted he's "dating" right now, but "nothing serious." "I'm really trying to just focus on myself and the music," he added. "Overall, I'm doing me right now and I think that's important."
