Always wanted to have a rear like Khloe Kardashian? You're in luck -- now you can!
In a video released by Vogue, Kardashian showed us exactly how she worked it ... and the results, frankly, speak for themselves!
The clip features the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" superstar in various states of exercise, and she narrates the video, too, introducing it by saying, "Hi, I'm Khloe Kardashian, and these are a few of my favorite sculpting moves to look great in a pair of jeans."
A very retro introduction slides across the screen titled, "Khloe Kardashian's Moves for a Better Booty," and the snippet -- shot in a very '80s grainy-style VHS video format -- is just about two minutes long.
The Good American designer shows off her fitness prowess and does squats, bridges, and lunges, and if you're super inspired that right now is the perfect time to do a little at-home workout this fine Saturday, you're not the only one.
"Clench your booty," Khloe rasps at one point during the sandbag bridge segment, "and make sure you breathe."
