Samantha Bee's first post-inauguration episode aired Wednesday night and she wasted no time ripping into the festivities, taking special aim at last Thursday's concert which featured 3 Doors Down, The Piano Guys and Toby Keith.
"The concert was a lot like Woodstock in that we'd often felt like we'd all eaten the brown acid," Bee said, adding that it was "surreal and "f--king hilarious."
"Somehow I no longer feel bad for cutting all funding for the arts," she joked.
Bee went on to call Lee Greenwood, who performed "God Bless the U.S.A." a "poorly disguised Vladimir Putin" and discussed how Rebecca Ferguson offered to play if she could sing Billie Holiday's "Strange Fruit," a song about lynching in the South. Ferguson didn't perform, but Toby Keith did sing about lynching.

Bee said: "My team was at the inauguration Friday to witness firsthand the peaceful transfer of Obama's achievements into the landfill and to allow some gloating from the other side," referencing the Women's March that happened the following Saturday.
