"I AM NOT DATING KATY PERRY," Phillippe tweeted. "BARELY KNOW HER. PLEASE STOP FLYING HELICOPTERS OVER MY HOUSE. SHE IS NOT HERE. thx"
Phillippe responded to a fan that he didn't mind people thinking that he was dating Perry, but he drew the line at "low flying pervs hovering periodically."
