Watch out Cole Sprouse, there's a new bad boy in "Riverdale", and fans of the CW drama aren't sure if they are head over heels in love with him or utterly terrified of him. Meet Hart Denton, who plays Betty Cooper's long-lost brother, Chic.
Wednesday night's mid-season premiere of "Riverdale" introduced us to the dark character in a pretty disturbing way. It's clear that the guy has gone through some psychological damage considering Betty (Lili Reinhart) and her mother Mrs. Cooper (Madchen Amick) find their abandoned family member in a motel making money by, well, "fulfilling people's fantasies." Later in the episode, Betty saves Chic when she curiously (and conveniently) returns to the motel to find a large man stabbing her brother in the arm.

View StoryBut the final scene of the episode is what fueled the fire for fans who believe Chic is the next Black Hood. While staying in the Cooper residence for safety, Chic creeped into Betty's bedroom in the middle of the night while she was sleeping to lurk over her in a pretty disturbing way. That moment was also paired with Jughead's (Sprouse) narration noting that Betty may or may not have just welcomed a monster into her home.
