Ellen DeGeneres honored longtime friend Jimmy Kimmel with one incredible surprise paying tribute to the late-night host's 10-month-old son.
Kimmel's baby boy, Billy, was born with a genetic heart disease that required him to have two different operations. Kimmel has regularly spoken about the emotional experience on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," choking up almost every single time. To Ellen, that's one thing she loves most about him.

"I'm tearing up right now, to be honest with you," he replied. "It's embarrassing to me. I try not to cry."
Ellen then told Kimmel she had a surprise for him, one which brought on the waterworks once again.
